Refund Policy

1. Digital Service

Comorando is a digital service with immediate delivery. Upon completing payment, your account is activated instantly and you receive full access to the Service.

2. General Policy

As the Service is delivered immediately and digitally, we do not offer automatic refunds. However, we evaluate each case individually and aim to resolve issues fairly.

3. When You May Request a Refund

We consider refunds in the following cases:

• Technical failure preventing access to the Service within 48 hours of purchase
• Duplicate charge or billing error
• The Service does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue

4. When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind after account activation
• Non-use of the Service
• Subscription cancellation (cancellation stops renewal but does not refund the current period)

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to alerts@comorando.com with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. We respond within 48 business hours.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal and may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your account.
