Comorando is a digital subscription service that monitors email addresses against publicly known data breach databases, including HaveIBeenPwned. The Service provides automated alerts when monitored email addresses appear in known data breaches.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis (monthly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All plans include access to monitoring features as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Comorando is a digital service. Upon successful payment confirmation, your account is activated immediately and your API key is delivered to the email address provided at checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
Upon purchase, you receive an API key that grants access to the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your API key with unauthorized parties. Comorando is not responsible for unauthorized use of your API key.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may only monitor email addresses that you own, control, or have explicit authorization to monitor. You may not use the Service to:
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime plans are a one-time payment granting perpetual access to Pro-tier features as they exist at the time of purchase, subject to fair use limits.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Comorando does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all data breaches will be detected. Breach databases may not be complete or up to date. Comorando is not responsible for breaches that occur or are not detected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comorando shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
